I use Colgate 360. Typical toothbrush din but aside from brushing, I also floss and use a gum wash. Then prophylaxis religiously every 4 months.

Sarap ng Colgate 360 sa mouth 'no?
My dentist advised me against using Listerine because of its alcohol content, not that I drink it. lol. I use an extremely mild oral rinse to keep my gums pink and healthy.
Choice I would have made as well.
