Diet:
I dont have one and I eat everything, but my protein drink intake is 4 times a day. 23grams per serving.
Supplements: (I started taking these supplements Oct. 18, 2004)
AST Whey Isolate (4 servings throughout the day)
AST Multivitamins (1 cap each morning and bedtime)
ON 2222 Amino Acids (2 cap pre and 2 caps post-workout)
AST Micronize Creatine (still on my loading phase, will maintain 10grams after loading)
Workout: (I started my Max-OT routine Oct. 18, 2004)
Five times a week for 30mins on MAX-OT split program.
Supplements and new routine should have an effect by January 20, 2005. If not, then I'll be really pissed!![]()
