    I usually buy vanilla or natural flavor, para kahit san ko ibuhos ok lang, choco is fine as well, pero usually lasing cheap choco ang mga protein shakes hehe.

    back in highschool Cybergenics blueberry cheesecake flavor gamit ko...

    Ungas: hehe, baket naman kasi strawberry! hehe...

    jolog: well, they still have to pay shipping naman... unless authorized distributor sila, malamang wala silang dealer discount price... at alam mo naman kung gano ka lakas ang peso hehe.

    mega mass 4000 9.75 lbs -3500
    ok naman sya.. i just dont follow the recommended doage, i use it only as a post-workout shake. nahihilo na ako sa egg whites e hehehe

    maybe we can organize a group buy of supplements so that we can get a bulk discount

    or pay a fellow tsikoteer in the US to send us some hehehe ;) coz some stores charge the same freight regardless of quantity.

    hmmm daming conflicting info in bodybuilding.com, i prefer abcbodybuilding.com.. mas hardcore hehehe

    IMO mga fitness/sports instructional website medyo walang kwenta hehe, paulit ulit lang hinihirit nila and the bottom line is still, RESULTS MAY VARY UPON INDIVIDUALS... hehe

    Natauhan din ako dati, mga 3 years ako nagsusubscribe sa FLEX at Muscle and Fitness dati sa US... Ganun din sa Golf Illustrated... Every issue may conflicting info sa next issue... Mga "training" and "workouts" ng mga pros walang ka-kwenta-kwenta pag inaaply mo sa sarili mo.. In the end, the only thing that works is...

    Chip - naku, stay away from Mega Mass. How do you think they can offer 4000 kcal per serving? Puro asukal lang yan. 138g of sugar per servings. 311g of carbs per serving. There's no possible way you'll burn it all up. Carbs doesn't turn into muscles, unburn carbs store as fat. You'll pack on pounds alright... around your waist area. Delikado din yan kung may family history ka ng diabetes.

    Every year tuwing bumibisita dito ang kapatid ko, nagpapabili ako ng 1 year supply ng Whey atsaka vitamins. Hindi ko talaga malunok ang presyo dito. Next time bibisita uli siya, sabihin ko na lang sa inyo.

    Tama, kaya sa online na lang ako ngayon, libre pa advise sa trial and error. I used to subscribe sa mga magazine din. Pero I decided to stick with basic movements but different approach.

    i prefer abcbodybuilding.com.. mas hardcore hehehe
    hardcore pala gusto mo. does that mean na hardcore bodybuilder tayo dito sa Tsikot?

    Maraming conflicting workout regimen sa BB.com since they are open to every opinion that's available. What you read is not written in stone. As have mentioned earlier, trial and error.

    re: supplements...

    can anyone recommend a supplement to help me get cut? i'm close to my goal weight (6 ft, 168 lbs), but i still have a thin layer of fat over my abs and my arms still lack definition.

    i'm doing a low-calorie diet/high cardio workout regimen, with weights 3x a week and protein supplements (not overdoing it, just so i don't lose too much muscle).

    bottom line, i'm not getting the results fast enough. i need help!

    M54, consistent ka naman yata sa diet mo so walang prob sa area na yon. Kung kailangan mo definition or to cut, high reps on lower or moderate weights. like 3x12 probably will do just fine. Do isolation exercises as much as you can. Nasubukan mo na ba yung Hydroxycut? Or Xenadrine EFX NRG to aid you on losing weight.

    not fast enough? gaano katagal ka na ba nag weights?
