di naman kailangan nito basta be responsible smoker lang. sa japan ang ginawa nila naglagay sila ng mga smoking station. lahat ng nagyoyosi nandun. sangkatutak na 2nd hand smoke pa. mas mabilis mamatay. tapos inom at mamantikang pagakain. atleast you die doing what you like.

ginawa na nila dati yan diba.. dapat may enclosed smoking area ang mga bars dito sa makati.. ayun pumunta lang sa ortigas at QC yung mga tao.. kasi don pwede mag yosi kahit saan.. kaya yung mga bars sa makati.. balik na naman.. kahit saan pwede mag yosi..

parang ang labo naman nyan.. kasasabi lang enclosed area daw.. tapos kasama din sidewalks and secondary roads... labo naman..
