Ill post here all about ray peat...

Ito yung first time na nabasa ko quote na ito..

I think the hair on the head actually has the function of preserving heat, helping to keep the brain warm. Wearing a wool hat will substitute somewhat for not having enough hair on the head. And the other hair, arm pits and pubic hair, I think that has the function of helping to distribute pheromones

im ok bout the coconut oil and cholesterol...but sugar is a big no no, you cannot combine both fat and sugar, tapos coupled with our modern diet na may surplus of calories, only one can be used as fuel and one is stored...pwede mong pagsabayin both, pero dapat nasa caloric deficit ka para hindi ma stored as fat...

Ray peat is more of a fructose pag usapang sugar...... Pero sweetener na cane sugar eh more of a crutch if fruits is not available.

Starch naman he likes potato. Pwede na daw white rice. But not wheat and corn. Basically ayaw nya ng grains.

Iba-iba kasi klase ng carbohydrates. And nung sinunod ko sya eh hiyang ako sa high carb diet lalo na white rice and fruit juices.

some humans behave like wild animals.
some humans have been successfully domesticated by their spouses.

When almost anything goes wrong, calcium can transmit and amplify and extend the problem, but isn't itself the source of the problem

The old formula for suntan oil, cocount oil with iodine, might turn out to be a safe sunscreen, since the brown iodine absorbs light, as other "U.V. blockers" do, but iodine is also an effective chain breaker that inactivates free radicals, and it can't be absorbed into cells in its brown form.

The carrageenan and xantham are basically polysaccharides. The carrageenan is a sulfated polysaccharide and I think all of the sulfated polysaccharides have heparin. I think all of those are toxic and dangerous and the xantham gums and gum arabic, and lots of the plant gums, are not digestible, but they can support bacterial growth in the intestine.
