kahit anong ingat mo, kahit ano iwas mo sa mga bagay na nakakacancer, you're still not getting out of this life alive

kung hindi ka patayin ng cancer may ibang bagay papatay sayo

there's a zeitgeist going on that anything not natural is bad

that anything man-made / synthetic is bad

there's a lot of quackery and pseudoscience out there

madami mga wellness advocates with little knowledge of science unfortunately have many followers and are quite influential... they're spreading false medical info and health myths

but not the way people are dying now. So hindi ako kumakain like the majority do.

May mga synthetic din na ok pero it depends. Im not like yung mga hardcore naturalist vegetarian.

You all need to be reading ray peat. He is the man sa health forum for the past 10years.

pati mga salesman ng juicer sa mall may loudspeaker telling people hindi sila gagaling sa maintenance meds and that synthetic meds are bad

those salesmen are telling the audience drinking blendered vegetable and fruit will cure their hypertension and diabetes

dangerous yan ipatigil mo uminom ng gamot mga may sakit

Yeah. Instead of medication, most people want a quick and easy fix which unfortunately most supplements on TV seem to suggest but they actually would even say that their products "have no approved therapeutic claims". Dami nololoko dyan esp. the rural folks and old people.

these ads would promise everything healthy including the moon and the stars, then end the ad by very quickly saying "no approved therapeutic claims".
