Pacquiao versus Mayweather

Considering Mayweather and Pacquiao are rank number 1 and 2 in the world (for pound for pound), if they ever fight in the same weight category, who do you think will emerge victorious?

AFAIK Mayweather is in a higher weight division. Pacquiao would have to move up in weight or Mayweather would consider goin down in weight class for this to happen which I doubt would happen. If Pacquiao would move up in weight class, he would loose some of his power punching to a bigger and stronger Mayweather, which would make feared handspeed much less effective. I'd say Mayweather on this one.
