Just to clear things up, Morales weighed 140 lbs during the fight against Pacman. They are only required to make the weight limit the day before the fight and can subsequently add weight by means of re-hydration etc. Super Featherweight limit is 130lbs.

Raheem and Morales fought at the Lightweight limit of 135lbs. Morales thought of fighting Raheem at that weight to acclimatize himself to that particular weight limit (135lbs) since he intends to fight Diego Corrales after his rematch with Pacman. A $4000 apartment is apt for a celebrity world boxing champion. Mind you, the rent in the US now is as high as it gets. Nothing is for free and i'm sure Manny deserves living in a nice cozy place. It might be high in comparison to Philippine standards but it is substantially low compared to celebrities living in posh hotels & apartments in the US.
