too much can harm kidneys and the liver. take in moderation. I tried C4 also. sarap tropical punch. its addictive but it can cause blood pressure issues.
I just take 2000 mg of L carnitine 30 mins before workout. Mahilig ako uminom ng supplements![]()

As always in nutrition, moderation is the key.
I only take whey as a post-workout supplement. Ang pre-workout ko din ay either coffee or green tea.
