May 7th, 2019 04:59 AM #1I used to take C4, Hydroxycut at Whey. I stopped kasi naging dependent ako sa pre-workout. Sobrang nakakatamad pag wala yun. Although may results talaga, tinigil ko kasi sa potential side effects physically and mentally.

too much can harm kidneys and the liver. take in moderation. I tried C4 also. sarap tropical punch. its addictive but it can cause blood pressure issues.

I just take 2000 mg of L carnitine 30 mins before workout. Mahilig ako uminom ng supplements

I only take whey as a post-workout supplement. Ang pre-workout ko din ay either coffee or green tea.
Kami dati naglalagay ng chain lock ng motor or bike. Iba nakita ko literal na kadena at padlock.
