roadie din ako once in a while. i live in antipolo, village namin sa tapat nung manggahan na tambayan ng bikers, near cloud 9, i ride every sunday kaso route ko either pa siera madre or pa bugarin/jalajala

bihira ko lang gamitin roadbike ko. dont have spare wheels kasi and mahal plus hassle magpalit ng tubulars pag naflat, i mainly use it for roadrace only

Mga sir quesrion po, saan po ba pinaka mura kumuha ng bike parts sa manila? Plan to buy SLX groupset sana. Kung quiapo ano pong store reliable at mura? If cartimar anong name po ng store? Or probably there was other shop? Pangasinan pa kasi ako lero paluwas ako ng weekend to get these items. TIA

King's sa Quiapo lang ang alam ko na selling Groupsets. AFAIK, 'yung iba, sa King's rin lang kumukuha.

Sa Cartimar, there's Specialized, Ballistic, Christy's, Velo City, etc.
Check na lang which one gives better deals, may freebies kadalasan if buying Groupsets.
You'll see that components of the same Groupset (ie SLX) differs from one shop to the other.
That usually explains the price difference.
Better know beforehand the components of the Groupset that you will buy.

Curious lang... most Groupset buyers are building a complete new bike... are you??? :bike3:

Yes Sir Monty, urdaneta po ako. Actually kay Jay ko po binili yung bike ko, my bike rack & xbar and all other gears including helmet. Wala po kasi sila stock na SLX ngaun and Deore saka try ko din tumingin tingin sa ibang shop baka may mas mura na deal...competitive price po ba kung baga..hehehe

Sumasama po ba kayo sa UMBOK? Join po kayo sa Dec 8 Laspagan sa Cabaruan. Every weekend po may practice ng trail like tomorrow po ng umaga. Saan po kayo nakabase ngayon sa urdaneta din po ba? TIA

i see sir donskie, kay jay's ka na pala nakabili ng bike, upgraditis ba agad? try mo mag-inquire sa glorious ride baka meron sila slx o deore. sa quiapo kings at cycle art nababasa ko na mura, green planet sa Lipa (south) naman sinabi ng mga katrabaho ko na taga Batangas na marami ring piyesa. i think all these shops can ship anywhere in the country so pwede ka mag-order na lang.
