side bag ( w/ wallet, phone, chain lock. sometimes: pump, multi- tool )

    weekdays early morning rides:
    water bottle
    casual shorts. tank top, shades
shoes: cycling or casual flats / sneakers ( depende sa pedal )
    side bag ( w/ wallet, phone )

    family bonding rides:
    same as above but
    tee tops and flat shoes

    all rides includes helmets. :bike3:

just me, mas gusto ko ang mga egg beaters ( Candys ) kesa SPDs.
    easier getting in and out.

eggbeates: 4- sided entry while SPDs : 2- sided lang.
getting out: both pedals, simply twist your foot outward from the bike. am not sure about eggbeaters,
but SPDs have multiple-release cleats so you can also twist your foot upward to get out.

nasanay ako sa single- release cleats. so, add the 4- sided entry, eggbeaters ang mas madaling gamitin.
:bike:

    Thank you ulit mga sir!

. . lol. . . .
nauso nga 'yang 1 x 10 set up. okay naman . . . looks cool at saka di naman masyado nagagamit
the other 2 rings . .
will shave a few grams pa 'coz less 2 rings, FD, and cables.

just me, okay nang gamitin 'yung middle ring ( i guess you have a 24/32/42T chainring ), no need to buy a ring

Middle chainring nga is ok lang, mapa-road o trails.

    gud pm,

can I ask for advice on where can I bike a good quality bike carrier for the trunk of a vios?
any suggestion on the brand and estimated price will be greatly appreciated.
beginner nga lang pala ako kaya as long as it serves is purpose ok na sa akin. saka na lang siguro ako mag-invest sa mamahalin kapag mamahalin na rin bike ko.

    thanks

A few more modifications to make the GT Avalanche 3.0 a crosscountry/cyclocross bike.
