June 8th, 2003 01:32 AM #56u guys have been busy today, i mean yesterday! looks like all of us are in a conditioning mode too
pero si BlackMagic, advanced stage na siya at may race siya ngayon, hehehe...siya ata ang posibleng mag-iiwan sa atin...hehehe
Kimpoy, grand plan mo ok dude, date na lang kulangbut that place you and BlackMagic are discussing sounds interesting ah...
fyi, i officially turned over my Scott bike (just when i was getting used to it too) to my wife. spent half the day getting my new Giant mtb together, kaya eto, broke na naman! I just hope I can live up to its reputation, but i doubt it, hahaha...tomorrow, i mean this morning, we will do the neighborhood, and hopefully the bug will not let go of her. tumataba na rin kasi siya

Anong Giant and hinahanap mo? I have the dual suspension for downhill and it's amazing how comfortable it is. Pero medyo wala nang masyadong time lately. If you want to find a good review, visit this site. http://www.mtbreview.com/

gulliver,
just to let you know, I did not finish the race due to cramps. Had to abandon with 7 laps to go. Pero i still placed 4th kasi apat lang kami sa mtb category hehe. Really need to get in shape now.

Except that the "MTs" i got are pretty sticky on the asphalt. for my conditioning period which will be done mainly on tarmac, i'm considering getting a pair of slick-like tires. siguro mas mabilis yon at ma-save ko naman tong mga "MTs" ko till the bikers on this thread finally go hit the trails :D if you want to see my new ride...

4th, despite your cramps?! congrats kid! how many kilometers was the race and what kind of track, the fort tarmacs or a specially built off-road track? kwento ka naman!

tarmac pre. Logged 30K lang. Could have finished the race had I done some warm up laps kaso napasarap ng kwento kaya di na naka warm up.
someones are (at last!) loudly asking, "why did they turn off the countdown timers?"
