Yes, but unlike COVID na may asymptomatic transmission, there are tell tale lesions.
Anyone with visible symptoms can be easily isolated... or shunned like the lepers (ketongin) of old.

Kawawa naman ang mga mag kaka chicken pox (for those who haven't had it or are unvaxxed for it) Baka mapagkamalan...
