Medicated Spray

Hi guys, can you recommend a good medicated spray -- preferrably *not* the ones kids can get high on?

Nagpapahanap yung uncle ko, sinusumpong ng rayuma. He's looking for the type that has a cooling effect. So far i've come across BSI Medicated Spray and Salonpas Jet Spray(not sure kung locally available to), but any suggestions are welcome. tia

I heard bengay is effective. Havent tried it though.
