    It could probably because you transitioned to another generation na (30s). Your body is different from when you were in 20s e. When I go to divisoria where I do a lot of walking, I use my crocs slippers. It's fugly but comfortable.

    Suggest ko pahilot mo sa kilalang magaling na manghihilot if you're taking meds stop mo muna to know if effective yun hilot observe mo.

    Baka maresolba yan ng simpleng pag inom ng vit.b-complex everyday or yung saging nga

    Worst case may blood vessel problem.

    Ako din pag sa mall sumasakit. Tingin ko dahil patigil tigil (ala interval training) ang lakad pag sa mall. Kasi mula galleria hanggang c5 ortigas nilalakad ko minsan kayang kaya naman hindi sumasakit.

    plantar faciitis tawag dyan..podiatris ang kailangan mo para mabigyan ka ng tamang inner sole (orthotic sole)ng sapatos mo...solution dyan mag roll ka lagi ng tennis ball sa paa..i meant aapakan mo ..tapos mag stretching ka ng calf muscle mo....wag mo pabayaan yan dahil matagal yan gumaling....nakukuha yan sa maling paglalakad or yung mga shoes na matitigas ang sole

    I have the same problem before but now it is under control 😄
    Plantar Fasciitis ang tawag sa sakit na yan hindi yan gout or arthritis dahil hindi naman sya between joints ng mga daliri sa paa, mostly sa talampakan talaga sya parang nabugbug na muscle/heel pain at later on sa paggising mo sa umaga halos hindi mo maiapak ng pantay ang mga paa mo, pero later on pag panay na lakad mo magiging ok na.
    Let me share to you what i have done to control it ( control is the word, for no exact cure dyan kahit pa raw i-opera) 1st, i use foot friendly shoes na may malalambot na interior sole at bumili rin ako ng gel soles na panlagay sa sapatos. 2ndly, iniwasan ko ang mga pagkain ng mga nuts at internal organs. 3rd and most important but the easiest...WEAR SOCKS while sleeping kahit pa mainit o maalinsangan, get used to it. Mapapansin mong hindi nasakit ang talampakan mo pa natulog ka ng may medias na suot. Kasi nga hindi nakakapanoot ang lamig sa talampakan.
    This is what I do to control it, and so far very effective naman. Hope this will help you too.

    im using orthotic sole ..nagpagawa ako to corect yung paglapat ng paa sa floor..very effective tapos sabayan mo ng stretching and tennis ball

    Better to see podiatrys nga po,ako nagkaron din ng plantar faciitis na yan. Halos isang taon kong tiniis, matagal ang pag galing nyan.. u need proper insole and correct stretchings .
