    okay papi, pm kita kapag nagplateau. so far nagrereduce pa timbang.

    i'm back to lifting weights. the basic squat, deadlift, bench press magaan lang.

    I'm starting a low carb lifestyle in January (not keto) Attended our family reunion and I have older relatives that lost a lot of weight when they went low carb.

    when i was much younger,
    i ate what i liked, because i knew i would just burn it away when i ran the next day.
    nowadays... i'd rather sleep than run.

    last year July, i had frequent stomach probs, feeling bloated and constipated. had lab test and may IBS daw saka severe fatty liver[emoji85] prescribed with pampa-ebs and liver vits. medicated for a month and ganun pa rin. reading about the symptoms leads me to the no sugar/low carb way of eating or in short ketogenic diet. i started end Aug last year, for few days it was a bit of struggle, craving sa matamis but after a while nawala na. i subtituted rice with repolyo or kamote, until now i don't rice pa rin, but dont get me wrong, im still a rice farmer[emoji1] barely 2 weeks into the diet, kabag/constipation was gone. 2 mos after, had lab test and fatty liver was gone too. weight also went down in a good way from 73kg to 63kg. went back to the gym and lift weights early Jan, by mid-Apr before the lockdown, i'm at 61kg. 2+ mos into the lockdown with no gym and only home exercises, same weight, feeling better healthier, stronger[emoji123]

    looking back after a year, i am no longer into ketosis but still, following the low carb/no sugar way of eating.

    meron ako digestive supps bro, yung zenwise digestive enzymes with pre/probiotic pero i only take it kapag hindi ako nagbawas in a day, helpful naman. minsan i do semi carnivore but hindi ok sa akin, i need the roughage pa rin to aid sa digestion

    Ok yan zenwise ah. Wala dito sayang. Meron ibang brand but 4 bottles for G.I. stuff lol.
