What im saying na baka may change gumanda ang skin dahil yung sweat glands is releasing kung ano mang dumi dumi sa balat. Sweat opens pores. Pag pumayat di na stretched ang balat at bumabalik sa dati (assuming na di sya mataba since time in memorial).

did a test after buying test strips. i think i am in the right color of a nutritional ketosis. i'm in my 4th week of no sugar, less carb diet. bloated and bulging dad's tummy is shrinking and disappearing[emoji2958]

nung time na nagketo ako, wala ako baseline. pero everytime I eat carbs during weekends, test strips would indicate LOW or NO ketones.
I would assume na I'm not under ketosis on a normal diet (and wala ako sakit that would result in ketone production)

baseline values are always in order, before embarking on this-or-that diet, drug regimen, and... practically anything.
from time to time, follow-up determinations are done, to see if the activity is doing something good or something bad, or not doing anything at all.
