from what I read in men's health magazine, there are two types of stretching: dynamic and static.
and what was suggested is do (static)stretching after the workout, to relax the muscles. perform dynamic stretching on a specific group or muscle when you going to use that muscle or group in a strenuous activity.

Iyon nga lang ay may malalaking aso ang ilan naming kapitbahay na minsan ay nakakawala sa kanilang bakuran....... Kaya may dala akong payong(pag mukhang uulan) at pamalo kung may aso.....

I usually do my rounds sa Marikina Riverbanks...from dulo to dulo..kasama ko usually mga kids on a weekends, they bike while I jog.
Pero lately mahirap kasi nga maulan.
inside lang ng subdivision namin, kaso puro mga oldies makakasabay mo.....marami rin around madrigal area pag umaga, mga oldies din...hehehehhe
