I have been doing research on the topic and... the best one I have come across so far is: How to Increase Testosterone Naturally | The Art of Manliness

Of course, if you really have hormone issues seeing a doctor is the best thing to do.

Nope. Have not been tested for that yet.

But, my lifestyle is in sh!t anyways. Also, exercise and better diet wont be bad anyways.

Plus, I have my reasons. Wont share the specifics though.

Which is why the test will be in jan/feb 2017.

Also, how can you seal a pact with the devil with better lifestyle?

Baket magsisisi? If he does have below hormone levels for his age group and his doctor sees a need for trt then its upto his doctor.

Trt is safe the past 15yrs as far as i know...

    What is TRT?

Maybe because it has side effects? A friend's wife took fertility drugs since they couldn't get pregnant after being married for so long. Several years later she died from breast cancer. My friend said if he knew about the side effect, they wouldn't have chosen that path.

    Trt is testosterone replacement therapy.

    For females.. other name: anti-aging

For males other name: steriods 😆

No test yet. But, the link I posted basically says this: unhealthy lifestyle = higher chance of poor levels; better lifestyle = higher chance of normal levels.

So... I wanna improve my lifestyle.

But, TRT is a no go for me at the moment.

not really paps, ang normal for men ranges from 250-1000units, yung anabolic cycle
used by bodybuilders are in the 5000 range, my doctor says at that range(250-1k) youll be the level of a 30ish male, trt gives no performance gains whatsoever...
