Diet softdrinks.
Only health risk is to phenylketonurics if it uses aspartame. You can still drink drinks sweetened with Splenda.
There, the only risk is the acidity... but that's the same issue with fruit juice, anyway. (much of the acidity is from citric acid in the soft drink, which is also found in (naturally) citrus fruits).
Everything in moderation.
