Why don't you work out first, tapos show her the results? I'm sure that will be enough motivation for her to workout (kasama na yung lambingan sa kama when she first sees you buffed up)

lumulubog na ba ang shocks kapag sumasakay sa tsikot?
si misis ko din, hirap mag-reduce dahil madalas kumain ng matatamis like chocolates and ice cream.

Pasamahin mo sya sir sa mga Girlfriends nyang nag-ggym or taking ***-bo class...am pretty sure na ma-momotivate yun...Mahirap talaga magdiet kaya ako konting gain lang...diet agad...yan den ang sentiments ng guy friend ko...sabi nya nga "pati ba naman yun, kailangan problemahin ko pa" referrin to his medyo tumataba na wife....kaya advise mga girls out there, we should always be conscious w/ our looks...pwede naman pagsabayin pati pag-asikaso sa family....para healthy lahat pati lovelife

Unless you, yourself have 6-packs and no love handles, you don't have the authority to ask that from your spouse...

my wife has this attorney friend who married a hottie from Bicol. one child later, may dalawang crispy pata nasa both shoulders. as in crispy pata talaga yun form ng braso. gulat nga kami eh nun we accidentally bumped into each other sa mall
sinabi moh! i hardly see my children now. when they were young, schedules were more predictable.
