    After 2 kids medyo lumaki na ang tummy,tsaka braso at balakang. Pano pinaka maganda sabihin kay misis na pa ***y uli. ..Minsan sabi ko habang naglalambingan kami nakakamiss yung college figure mo ha..sabi sakin ikaw ang sumira eh..tapos medyo hindi ako pinansin...Nung minsan nakita ko yung billboards ng marie france w christina G,Dawn z. etc...Sabi ko bagay na bagay sayo yung hot mama look...sabi sakin oo na mag rereduce na (pero pagalit) pero di naman ginawa...

    Siempre mahal natin ang mga wifey kahit ano pa ang mangyari, pero concerned lang ako sa health pag medyo tumataba na. diba masama yun.

    Why don't you work out first, tapos show her the results? I'm sure that will be enough motivation for her to workout (kasama na yung lambingan sa kama when she first sees you buffed up)

    not married but I think mejo pareho lang yan sa GF. kailangan sabayan mo, ayain mo mag exercise, that way you lose weight and spend quality time with her.

    edit: suggestions: jogging, badminton, swimming, or sa gym na may classes (most girls I know don't like lifting weights) plus high-fiber/low-fat diets..

    It doesn't work. Trust me.

    I go to the gym 4 times a week. I also play street basketball with some of the neighborhood teens. Instead of saying how much in good shape I'm in, all she could say was I'm stinking up the carpet with my sweaty feet...... Oh well.

    Not that she needs it now. But, she should at least go out for a walk or something. She still has that old traditional Pinay attitude of staying indoors after work while my daughter and I spend a lot of time outdoors.

    i always remind her "it's very easy to gain weight but very hard to get
    slim" and it worked! though kapag talagang sobra na medyo mahirap
    na makabawi.

How to tell kumader to lose weight in a nice way.
