Just drink a lot of water para di ka ma-dehydrate. Tumutulong kasi yung water na i-flush yung excess uric acid. Hence, di ka gaanong makakaranas ng pain. Kapag dehydrated ka, mas "concentrated" kasi yung uric acid. Dahil bawal kang ma-dehydrate, prevent coffee and alcohol intake since pareho silang diuretic. Dairy products such as low-fat milk and yogurt can also help to low the frequency of attack. Kapag nakakaranas ka naman ng pain, which is according to you eh sa paa, wag ka munang tumayo. Para yung weight mo, hindi gaanong ma-stress yung paa mo.

Naproxen is just an anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID-to be exact). It can be used to manage the pain but it can't lower the uric acid.

Allopurinol is suffice for chronic gouty arthritis. No need take Naproxen (Naproxene- Brand name yata 'to ) with Allopurinol since bale wala na rin yung analgesic effect niya kung mababa na rin yung uric acid made by Allopurinol. Colchicine can also be taken for acute attacks.

Pag may pain na sobra pinagsasabay ko yung Diclofenac tska Ibufrofen.

tama sila lots of water, green tea magandang pambawas ng uric acid, i drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day
sa awa ng Diyos matagal na yun last attack ko ng gout
cherries maganda rin pang bawas ng uric acid
and exercise, being over weight contributes to attack of gout/athritis
as much sa possible avoid yun mga pain reliever nakaka apekto ng kidney yan

yes sir maganda tlaga ang green tea hindi lang sa pagpababa ng uric acid pampababa din ng blood pressure
and blood sugar, pang mga mature na tao talaga
