    mukhang confusing ata ang title ng thread mo, TS. kasi, ang diet is the amount or sum of food consumed by a person. makakapag-diet ka kahit walang exercise.

    baka dapat, how to loose weight without exercise.

    Tanong ko lang, sir mikomac, gaano ka ba kataba at mukha atang tinatamad ka mag-exercise?

    To plainly answer you query, just decrease your caloric intake.

    5'7 220 lbs. not that fat. but heavy dahil sa nag weweights ako dati. im 70%fat with 30% muscles. Im not on exercises. im tooo lazzyy but when it comes to other stuff im energetic. for short hate ko talaga.

    Hehehe, typical reply. Sir, based on my calculation, you are obese.

    And regarding your concern, I will say that there are no shortcuts to a lasting weight reduction program. You really have to, you're right, diet but must be coupled with exercise.
