Lalo kang bibigat saka hindi magiging maganda ang hubog ng katawan mo.. Sa diet, kung kaya mo walang kanin at konting asin(kung hindi mo kaya ng walang asin-lasa) lang than the usual na timpla mo sa ulam.. Sa gabi kapag nagugutom ka Water and Fruits.. Saka in Every Meal pala magbigay ka ng minimum 30minutes na space sa Prutas kung sakaling Prutas ang Dessert mo..
Diet din ako ngaun.. Tumaas na naman kasi ang timbang ko.. Sa isang buwang na diet ko 6 kilos na nababawas ko.. So Far So Good Naman.. GoodLuck Sir sa Pag-excercise at diet..

The Reason I got more heavier is because of Lifting Weights. hehe. thanks to vegetables. I quit Gym. Less Carbs=Less Energy. Plus I do long walks BTW. House to terminal and terminal to school Vice Versa.

You may have gained weight after quitting the gym bec your caloric intake didn't decrease. I have friends who were jocks but after settling into sedentary lifestyles and holding desk jobs, the pounds started piling up, coz they still ate like they were athletes or bodybuilders in training. Some started looking like retired pro wrestlers.
In contrast, those who enrolled in gyms or took up a sport or did more physical activities were able to control their bodyweight. But that's the experience of us working stiffs, who're way over the teen-age years.
So as everyone suggests for a guy your age, start limiting the calories and the carbs, get more active and before you know it, you're a lean, mean machine, able to follow GH's advice. The chicks will start digging you for your body.
Otherwise, better start a business and pile on the cash. So the chicks will dig you for your money. Then you'll be able to follow GH's advice, at ayun, papayat ka na.![]()
here simple tips not boring
- yoga (breathing exercise), if you want you can also try power yoga.. pagpapawisan ka dyan
- eat papaya once a day (one slice a day).. fiber will clean your stomach . result: madali ka mag pupu
- you can also try drinking Ginger tea.. this is a good fiber source too
- control rice
- eat banana morning , mabigat ang banana di mo mararamdaman gutom mo
