    available ba jan ang Carnation Instant Breakfast...that and 0% milk owns...

    if i can't make a shake...minsan namamapak ako ng natural (zero fat or sugar added) peanut butter or i eat drained tuna straight from the can...

    been thinking how to make one too but so far, I can't find one suitable ingredients that would approximate 23 grams achieved by Optimum and the like. may nakikita naman ako soy pero minsan umaabot lang around 15 grams (and that's a reach already)

    tuna in water. protein shakes would have fruits blended with a protein drink mix. or yogurt

    yup! thats a supplement for bodybuilders and also a dietary supplement

    pero madaming protein daw talaga yun...sabi rin nila nakakaganda ng kutis :naughty2:


    anyway, as Karding said, 1 scoop of whey isolate powder is about 23g of protein. mix with nonfat milk and enjoy!
