Well, if you don't want to exercise and you want to lower your BP, take meds, ask your doctor first. The thing is your doctor did not prescribe one right now because he/she believes you can still reverse it by making lifestyle changes. Maswerte ka nga, nahuli agad, yung iba kung kailan sumasakit na batok or worse bagsak na.

Don't take chances. You need it to be stabilized before delving into strenuous physical activities.

My BFF just had her BP checked and she is 130/80. She is underweight/thin BTW! Yung seatmate ko na underweight din 130/90 also like me! I thought it is rare for thin people to get high blood. They are early 30s lang ha!

Yung housemate ko pagka laki, as in obese. Normal BP. While others na pagka payat, struggling to normalize yun BP nila. But we all know ticking time bombs yung mga ganon. And baka kasi it runs in the family. My dad. no vices, controlled diet, jogs and exercises regularly, now has cancer and hypertension. That's why i quit smoking na and lately, active na ako. Thats life =)

we have seen a lot of hypertensives.
hypertension does not always go hand in hand with body habitus.
the better way to control hypertension and avoid its complications, is to have regular check up with your physician and follow his plan for you.

Acidic means you are hardly moving. And the food you take is too much for your system or taken improperly. Bawas bawas kinakain.

Not being judgmental... just being scientific

Tara buhat bakal...shoulders and deadlifts 😊😊😊

What i learned thru the years is once awhile you need to detox, i do this coz i eat almost a kilo of meat everyday, when we eat a pound for example, Not all of what we eat comes out, it stays in the body, sometimes its reabsorbed which is toxic, clean the plumbling so everything will run smoothly, youll notice that your metabolism will speed up, everything is digested easily...and youll lose weight...i wont sugar coat this, fat loss is not easy, but if you keep on complaining of your situation, nothing will change, it will be worst when you turn middle age coz of the hormonal changes......dont wait until that time, mas mahirap.....
