the only solution to a phobia is to face it, in other words, fly some more!!

    conquer your fear.

Bungee jump or rappel off a cliff or a bridge.

I used to have phobia about deep waters. I conquered that by jumping into one. Initially it's a 12-foot swimming pool where previosly, an American Triathelete Champion died due to a heart attack and was found deep in the pool floor hours later when the competition was finished and the person was missing. They found his Bicycle near the pool so they went looking in the pool.
The 12-feet part of the pool is very dark because of the dark tiles they've used so it's hard to see the bottom.

Imagine jumping into that as newbie swimmer. hehehe.

The deepest i've swam into is in the open sea, where trenches are common (sudden depths of 300 Feet) without life vest nor life can.

Now, i think swimming pools are lame so i always go for open sea. Pools are okay for relaxing at night though but not if you're after spirited swimming.

I dealt with my height uneasiness by rappelling off a 120-foot bridge. Going off the bridge and preparing to go down is the scariest part but actualy going down is super enjoyable i did it thrice the first time. I just got exhausted climbing up because the bridge connects two Mountains.

    See. It's easy.

If I can do it, you can too. Conquering your fear will broaden your horizon.

"fear of heights will not kill you, heights will never kill you,but it's your fear that will kill you. ",ang sabi sa isang movie regarding fear of heights.

to overcome your fears you have to face it talaga, kung gusto ninyo dahan dahanin ninyo kung tingin ninyo hindi ninyo kaya ng biglaan, kasi by the time you know it, na overcome na ninyo yung phobia ninyo.

    slight OT

bakit pa dumudungaw ka sa mataas na floor say 5th floor or megamall, or penthouse ng bldg. ng matagal parang somebody in the back of your head is whispering or hypnotizing you to jump?

you may not have fear of heights, but fear of flying called pteromerhanophobia or aviophobia. most major airlines offer courses to overcome it. it usually includes being in a simulated cabin. good luck!
