Best every Pinoy boxer thats an easy call, pero sa tingin nyo its still far fetched to call him the best pound-for-pound fighter?

He is not just the best Pinoy boxer ever but the best Asian boxer ever. No boxer coming from Asia has had this much impact on the sport. He is watched by a lot of people that are not even Pinoy and looked upon in much the same as manner they used to look at the boxing greats like Sugar Ray Leonard, Marvin Hagler, Roberto Duran, etc.
From what I have read he wants to move up to junior welterweigt and win a title in that class. But before he moves to that class he should try to get a unified belt in the light weight by fighting WBA/IBF champion Nate Campbell. Then he can look up at the next weight class for his next belt.
As for pound for pound the best fighter? Definitely the best pound for pound fighter since he just took down someone who at some point fought at 160lbs.

That particular article delved more on the passing of the torch, so to say, as the game's biggest draw.
It also illustrate that "boxing greatness" is also temporary just like an era. It so happen that Pacman placed a huge punctuation mark to DLH's career which he aptly recognized after the bout when he said to Roach ("you are right...i don't have it anymore).
As to "best pound for pound" monicker, it currently Pacman's turf. But as pointed by a post above, this legacy would be made strong by acumulating titles---not match earnings.

he is going to move down to junior welter weight(140), yung laban nila ni oskee eh sa 147(welter weight).
IMHO, nde nya kailangan si Nate Campbell, yung kakalabanin nya sa 140 eh si Hatton(champion din ng 140 and considered to be the lineal champ at JWW). paretire na si Manny, he doesnt need to step back from the big names(and BIG $$$).
Yan ang tinitingnang direction nila, to fight Hatton in England. and kung talunin ni Pac si Hatton, much more convincingly, eh possible na bumalik sa boxing si Mayweather. that would be the ultimate challenge ni Pac, to go up with the most skilled boxer of all time. kung talunin ni pac si Mayweather, ang magiging discussion na eh if Pac is the best boxer of all time na! sa ngayon eh nasa top 10-15 all time boxing greats na si Pac

he has been the no1 pound for pound since floyd mayweather retired in june of this year. some boxing critics/websites considered him no1 p4p even when mayweather was still around because Manny fought better competition but this is the ranking that counts:
