The Olympics is not an inter-barangay tournament. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

I remember the reply of Michael Jordan when he was interviewed that he seemed to excel in every sport he dipped his hand into and was asked by the interviewee if he would mind to fight Mike Tyson. Jordan retorted: "I wouldn't fight that guy without a gun!"

We cannot win against France or New Zealand or any Olympic qualifiers for that matter without a gun.

AFAIK, yung pinakamatangkad ng NZ is 6'11 and the rest of the roster's height is tama lang, but they are skilled and has high basketball IQ. dun tayo nadali sa laban nila.

heads up pa rin for Gilas. sa dami ng sisi na binabato sa kanila, at least they fought. yun nga lang, they should have played within the system.

the next time na gustong pumasok ang mga players sa basketball national team, expose them agad sa international competitions and trainings.
