not a big "fan" of gatorade for thirst quenching... but this is what i always drink (whatever flavor) whenever lbm strikes me... electrolyte for better re-hydration.
Good thing I read this thread. I didn't know that Gatorade could eventually do damage to the kidneys. I usually drink one small bottle every time I work out. So that's 4-5 a week. I like Grapes and Tropical Fruit Flavor.
