Just a reminder:

I don't mind being commissioner, in fact I enjoy being commissioner. However, we won't fully enjoy playing unless ALL GMs PARTICIPATE ACTIVELY.

So guys, you know what you're going into when you confirmed, all I ask is for you to be active, login once or twice a day to check out the status of the drafts, set your lineups accordingly during the season, it only takes a few minutes of your time each day... is that too much to ask for? Show me your interest in participation in this league. Kung ako lang gagalaw, walang mangyayari.

If you can't fully commit to this league please let me know so I can get a substitute GM.

singit lang ako....from my previous experience, mahirap ang 12 hour limit. with work days and meme time :sleep2: there's too much risk of missing your pick because of factors beyond your control.

I understand commish, but we're too far behind schedule we might not even finish this draft, we need to speed things up. Anyway, I believe it won't be a problem since most of the GMs here are manila based.

actually, in my other league the commish made the gm's go through tests of commitment before accepting them into the league. we did multiple check-ins (signups) throughout the previous season and offseason at random times, and the gm's who were accepted were the people who had the most check-ins. this way, the people who got in were the people who constantly checked the site and were always present and contributing.

we obviously didn't have time to do that this year, but its something worth considering.

no offense to any of the gm's....if you don't check 24hrs/7days that probably means you have a life!

here's another suggestion. the yahoo fantasy nba sites should be open in another week or so. if you guys are still not satisfied with the way your draft is going, you can stop the draft and ask each gm to submit to you a list of players that haven't already been taken, ordered by preference. those who don't submit a list by an agreed-upon deadline will get the default yahoo list.

then the commish can draft for each gm manually using their individual lists. matrabaho nga lang kay ILD, and of course the loss of real-time control of the draft takes some of the fun out....but this might be a next-best option.

if you redo the whole thing from the start as an autodraft baka may mga magalit because they now risk losing a player they were able to "steal", or the plans they have been following for their team might get screwed up

afaik yahoo doesn't have an option for a partial autodraft.

sa dami ng napag usapan at naapektuhan ,kahit di na kayo makapag log in muna sa tsikot pwede naman kayo update ni ILD thru txt ,or hindi din naman malaking kawalan sa budget ninyo kung tawagan nyo sia

ituloy na lang natin ang pag draft ,mag adjust na lang tayo ng mga sched natin .gaya sa kabilang league mga busy din ang GM doon pero umaandar ang slow draft nila (actually parang hindi nga slow)

di ba ang purpose nga ng pagbigay natin ng cell number sa commish para inform kayo na turn nyo na or send nyo mga potential pick ninyo .pero di pa din nagagawa ng ibang GM

hay sana bukas bumilis naman tayo...back to sleep na uli ako

Suggestion to commish ILD: After 1 sent PM and 3 sent txt messages without reply sa GM on cue, siguro Yahoo big board na ang basis nung pick ng GM na yun. I suggest no more time limit para di naman tayo matagalan ng kahihintay, ito na lang basis so we can finish the draft.

Suggestion lang po. No offense meant sa affected GMs.
