quit your sugar - no more pastries, juices, milk teas, and soda. if possible, take your coffee black too
and augment your aerobic exercise w/ gym work.

I'm trying out IF right now. It's very challenging the first week as I love eating breakfast. But I learned that having a banana or 2 helps keep me sane before lunch. I haven't weighed myself recently but I feel less lethargic than before.

Did bulletproof coffee circa 2014 and 2016 when doing keto for a year, i stared IF 2015, OMAD 2016ish...technically IF is not for losing weight, youll lose weight initially but it will plateau in a few months, one needs to count calories still... IF is not really for losing weight...its for hormone health, when there is no insulin in the bloodstream, tumataas ang GH and testosterone production, if you introduce calories in a fasted state, including bananas and butter, insulin will rise..bye bye GH and test.., again IF is not for weight loss, pero it does help in reducing calorie intake throughout the day...

I found low carb and high protein diet work for me. No more white rice, only brown rice 2x a week and only salad or steamed vegetables at dinner (with lean meats).
I lost about 15 lbs in two years and gained muscle mass. I’m 5’7.5”, from 167 to 153 lbs. BMI is 24 and body fat is 12.2%. I hit the gym 4-5x a week for about an hour.
