I rarely eat junk-foods anymore (Fast food is one of those i consider junk). hehehe.
so, one time, i didn't eat junk fast food for like 6mos, then i ate at Wendy's and McDo, sobrang alat nung mga foods.
The reason why you don't taste the MSG and Salt anymore is because your body (including the tongue) adopted to it. Once you flush it out of your system, your body will normalize and once you get to taste one again, it'll be awfully strong flavored (salt and MSG).
Now i often eat salads, porterhouse, ribeye and European foods. Funny, i slimmed down eating a LOT of these.
it's ok to eat fast foods but always keep in mind to burn it kagad.
kahit ano naman kainin mo kahit organic or vegetables, basta taken in excess at hindi na-process ng digestive system, kahit saan sa katawan ilalagay ng system, sa veins, sa tummy, sa legs
pero do choose what you buy in fastfood menu. always choose the cheaper combos para low ang servings. if you crave for more after consuming the cheaper combos, then something is wrong with your body na nga.
