used to smoke since i was 16. just quit two years ago. used to smoke a pack/day. when i quit, i gained 25 pounds. hindi ko na sya ma lose ngayon.

i used to smoke more than a pack a day... then pakonti ng pakonti... nowadays, usually 10 sticks or less kasi no smoking ung building namin sa office, e.. lalabas pa.. tpos we only get a few breaks with only 1 stick to smoke kasi sandali lang....

I don't smoke but I often smell cigarette smoke when I am absolutely certain that no one around me is smoking. I've read that this is known as "phantom smell" and is caused by problems in the olfactory nerve.

Should I consult an ENT or go directly to a neurologist?

Anybody here with a similar experience?

maybe, im really sensitive to cigaratte smoke, even inside my enclosed office, ill go out and find whos smoking, if inside our property, sinisita ko..sometimes i go to upstairs just to look for the culprit..

I thought it was like that too when I was at home because our next door neighbor sometimes smokes on their balcony. When I started smelling it inside the office (with strict no smoking policy) and sometimes aircon bus, I always thought "who the heck smokes in an air-conditioned place?". But then I started smelling it inside UV Express vans (where I can have a full view of everyone on it) so that got me thinking that something wasn't right.

It's annoying at the very least.

well sometimes i cant find the one whos smoking, i just shrug it off and forget about, smoker pala ako b4, from 2 packs a day.

smoke sticks to the walls, curtains, aircon vents, etc, and if not remedied, is evident even months after the last smoke, to sensitive individuals.
hence the "smoking or no smoking" room preferences when making hotel reservations.

Baka naman someone who recently smoked? kumakapir said damit ang amoy. i once heard na kahit yung amoy na kumapit sa damit eh delikado pa rin sa health.

used to smoke 1-2 packs a day. nagquit na ko , lipat sa vape. pero lumalabas na ung mga sakit ko dahil sa pag abuso ng katawan ko .hahaha sad life.
