My target is around 150mins/week of exercise. I normally get them done through the threadmill and cycling.

I alternate between jogging outside/treadmill with elliptical, stair-stepper with stationary bike, and strength training.
Each session is around 1hr 30min 4-5x a week now that my work shift is 8 hours again. When my work shift was longer (12-14 hours), I exercised 3-4x (45min-1hr each session) a week.Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; May 20th, 2009 at 01:04 AM.

I am not sure if this is a lot.
However, if I am not biking for 10Km, I am doing brisk walking (with my wife) for 3.5Km everyday. This translates to about 45min-1hour of exercise each day.
Also, I have a heart rate monitor, so I make sure that I maintain my heart rate target while doing my exercises....

Brisk walking lang. Depende sa work load, pero ususally 1-1.5hrs 3x a week. Minsan pag nightshift ako, once a week na lang......

Tue - Gym (Threads + konting weights)
Wed - Basketball
Thu - Gym again
Fri - Gimik
Sat/Sun - MT Bike (minsan road minsan trail)
