nope but i'm planning to do sit-ups ulit para pagdating ng august, maliit na tummy ko![]()
moderate activity siguro ako.
sa house, i lift weights 1 hour per day, 3 days a week.
sa office naman, i use the stairs going up everyday (4 floors) and try to reach my floor in under 1 min. brisk walking lang, kung takbo baka pagpawisan ako or may mabangga ako when i turn the corner.
lifetime member of slimmers world smcity..goes to the gym 5-6x a week..well that's basically everyday..does 1 1/2 hr of advance step aerobics and then another 1 full hour of advance hi-low aerobics after that i do spot weight training..what can i say..i'm a gym buff..i live and breathe exercise..i compete once in awhile..my team holds the title from the last grand aerobics fusion..
