    well.. masaya na ako as is laki na nga pinayat ko,e.... eto picture ko noon mataba pa talaga ako at kapag pumayat ako..

    hehe......pero coming from 45 inch waist line, 250 lb now im down to 40 inches, 200 lbs...

    4 inches down pa, mga 40 lbs more less pa target ko... para pwede na ulit ako kumarera!

    ako din guilty..180lbs * height 5'6 1/2..dati nung college days pa 160lbs lang ako now i'm turning 23 na baka lalo pa ko lumaki kasi lakas ko kumain ngayon..

    Di baleng "chubby", basta medyo matangkad, ok ang dating eh. Pero kung malapad at kulang sa height, siguro kelangan mag bawas ng timbang.
