What I gatherd from yesterday's hearing, we only have two forensic pathologist and hindd yun ang ginamit nila Acosta, mas gusto pa nila yun Arfe na certification lang pala yun credentials, which kahit sino pwede makakuha basta magbayad ng $660. 🤣

Another thing is Si Acosta na pala and pangatlong forensic pathologist dito. Sobrang galing mag explain ng autopsy results.

These things bother me about the Dengvaxia issue:

- If an autopsy is conducted several months after death of the children who was administered Dengvaxia, how do you prove that the cause of death was the vaccine? Hindi ba tainted na kapag na embalsamo na ang katawan?

- The death certificates of those who were autopsied all indicated different causes of death...if they say Dengvaxia is flawed medicine and akin to slow acting poison, shouldn't the symptoms leading to death be the same for all the victims?

- Can the PAO medico-legal expert rule out or exclude other causes or foreign elements which could have caused these deaths? Did they bother to get the complete medical history of the victims to determine their health before and after they were given Dengvaxia?

- For the DOH, why are they so preoccupied with shared information from the PAO? Can't they do their own investigation and determine what active ingredient in the vaccine may be fatal to those it is administered to? They should know that tissue samples obtained by the PAO are compromised or unreliable. The DOH thru the FDA should have testing equipment for the batches of the vaccine delivered to them. Even then, they could bring samples abroad like Singapore to get a study.

- Why is Persida Acosta insistent that DOH and PGH doctors/experts have conflict of interest? Dahil ba nabigyan ng samples ng Sanofi? Na-sponsor ang trip abroad? Naging consultant? Parang ang babaw. Experts are experts for a reason. Kahit former consultant pa 'yan ng Sanofi doesn't mean their expert opinions will be compromised because experts use data as basis for giving opinions.

- It's likely that if this goes to trial vs. Sanofi eh mabutasan pa credibility and supposed expertise nitong si Erfe. Hindi naman pala clinical pathologist. My cousin who is a doctor says being a forensic expert and a pathologist are 2 different things. Of the two, it is the pathologist who will likely give you an analysis while the former will tell you what evidence is present.

Should their findings need to be validated by the experts then validation tests are conducted by the center for disease control

Pero sa PAO enough na ang autopsy para klaruhin ang lahat ng bagay tungkol sa masamang epekto ng bakunang ito kaya nakapagsampa na sila agad ng kaso

Well, good luck to the PAO with that. I'm no judge, but causation will be tough to prove in this case.

Wow!!!! kung saan pa ginawa dengue vaccination program eh doon pa mas mataas dengue ngayon.... So its not effective...

without vaccine this is what naturally happens:

first infection dengue type 1 --> body makes antibodies to type 1

2nd infection dengue type other than 1 (2, 3 or 4) --> body thinks it can handle it coz it already has type 1 antibodies

virus keeps replicating evading wrong antibody

body later figures out it has wrong antibody and mounts an exaggerated response --> dengue shock syndrome

that's called ADE (antibody dependent enhancement)

in practice the antibodies produced are all weak

then you get infected with actual dengue
