Was looking at TV Patrol, then following right after is a new game hosted by Kris Aquino - Deal or no Deal, how do you play this game?

actually, hindi naman ginaya, nag-franchise ang ABS-CBN to produce the show here.

I still think it's just a glamorized version of Pera O Bayong. Or worse, Family Kwarta O Kahon. :D

Deal or no Deal, how do you play this game?

Deal or no Deal

The rules are simple. Choose a briefcase. Then as each round progresses, you must either stay with your original briefcase choice or make a "deal" with the bank to accept its cash offer in exchange for whatever dollar amount is in your chosen case.

Once you decide to accept or decline the bank's offer, the decision is final.

Contestants are encouraged to ask friends or family in the audience for advice; however, only the contestant's answer will be considered binding and final.

its like an elite version of pera o bayong/laban o bawi/kwarta o kahon

it would be better if host is rather serious, more hard hitting punchline, christopher de leon or edu manzano from who wants to be a mollionaire and the weakest link respectively are better than the current host

i see krises' wit better gratified on game kana ba, she an authority of it

Personally I had Edu in mind as well, but apparently the show's producers had other plans.

Overexposed na si Kris kasi. Meron na siyang GKNB, lumalabas pa siya sa The Buzz. Pero I have to admit, there is something about her that does wonders for a show's ratings. Kapamilya Deal Or No Deal had an unusually high rating for its pilot episode on primetime. Not enough to surpass the rival program, but still remarkable for its time slot.
