    testing facilities should be easily available to the public, with a minimum of red tape.
    nothing can so utterly derail the best diagnostic intentions, as poor accessibility and cost to those to be tested.

    they should. they must!
    if they did not, they would potentially be spreading the infection.

    kasi,
    gagging, forceful exhalation, coughing and sneezing are a common reflex action from the collectee, when the specimens are being collected.
    the collector's gloves are so easily contaminated by the resulting aerosol.
