Can corporations afford to pay out employees until June kahit walang work (like what they did for April?) People saying this can go on until October??? Tigil mundo until that time (like it is now?)

Unbelievable this person. Hindi na lang as a president, anong klaseng tao yan!?! Presidente na nga na insecure pa sa mayor na halos apo na niya? My friends and I were joking na baka his presscon would be para pagalitan si Vico kasi nasapawan, yun nga! Seriously, that's a possibility na closet siya (he did say he was abused as a child and this trauma can cause victims to have ***ual identity issues) Marami din bakla na misogynist, yung ugali kasi ni psycho, hindi ugali ng tunay na lalaki

I'm not referring to the insecurity hypo.

I'm asking about what you think about the Mar 16 directive that instructs and passes responsibility to LGUs to handle the crisis.

Some LGUs effectively implemented initiatives to contain spread while addressing the concerns of constituents (food, transpo).

4 days after the initial directive, the president backpedals and says that everything must go through the national government.

Why is that so? Why penalize Mayors who are proacting while keeping mum on those who are missing in action?

Thanks Jut. Kung ikaw lider sa isang malaking kompanya payag ka ba na gumawa ng sarili nyang diskarte ang nasa baba which is may nauna ka namang direction(tama ba?)na naibigay. Yes, there so many ways to skin a cat, pero for uniformity and testing purposes bakit hindi sundin. Pag hindi umubra, e di dagadagan ng diskarte ng sa baba. Ganun lang. Paanu nalang dumiskarte din yung ibang lgu na may directive naman from national? Chaos na nga....

The direction givrn was, "o kayo na bahala, do everything in your power to make things better."

So the mayors followed that.
