so i am wondering,
what the cause of demise?

"unless the proverbial bullet wound was obviously visible and thru the heart", covid appears to be, for a number of "investigators", today's open-mouth default cause of death. heh heh.
it has yet to be determined, however, if indeed covid had a hand in it, or was mere happenstance.

but i am wondering,
what was the nature of that "massive surgery" the boy underwent, a few years before?

i made a cursory google, and saw a selected listing thru the decades, indicating of 17 male football players, aged 13 to 17, who all died while playing football... even before covid.
it would appear, death during a football match in 15 year olds, is not an un-heard-of event.
they do bear investigation.
in recent years, there have been reports of a genetic illness affecting the heart, which are believed to be a cause of sudden deaths in this age group.
