di ba if you're fully vaccinated already, you can still get the virus and you're still a carrier?

Kahit isang room pa kayo na fully vaccinated, virus is still there.

Precisely. Which is why we have this mass vaccination, to attain herd immunity. But with the immunization comes responsibility. After the NCR + gets vaccinated, we become carriers & potential transmitters to other areas so better to avoid travel to those areas in the meantime.

Herd Immunity doesn't mean that we are gonna be fully immune to the virus.
What the vaccine does it makes the covid virus less lethal by reducing the death rate and hospitalization caused by the virus.
With enough people vaccinated as to achieve Herd Immunity, you will see a lot less people being infected and our hospital and HCW can easily manage and Trace all contacts to stop the virus.

Ito yung hindi magets ng ibang tao... ang purpose for the current vaccine is to minimize hospitalization para incase may mga critical or severe hindi may hospital pa rin na mapupuntahan...

Meron pa ako naririnig na if buong family vaccinated okay na mag invite ng hindi na vaccinated for gatherings... rason nila na vaccinated na daw sila... it doesnt mean na once vaccinated you cannot be carrier/spreader... kawawa yung hindi vaccinated...
