i kinda assumed you'd be OK with cross trainers, regardless of sport.

Ako specific na Aasics or Mizuno indoor shoes, because of the much-needed lateral support. Preferably gum-soled.

Di rin ako gaano naniniwala sa activity-specific shoes dati...until I sprained my ankle really bad last month because I was using the wrong shoes.
Wala kasing all talagang around shoes...pinaka malapit yata are nano 8s and metcon dsx 2s..i can run on them upto 3km only.... but they are the best for circuit and crossfit style of workouts...running shoes wont cut it sa ganung workouts..

These are my go to shoes for 2018

I thought so too, until I learned the hard way. Buti we had an ER nurse and a doctor on our team when I sprained my ankle--they taught me how to wrap it properly and how to treat it after. Even the coaches told me to buy proper shoes with grip and lateral support so my ankles don't move around as much.

Me I used to go with cross-trainers, but eventually shifted to running shoes since they are lighter and offer more support for the soles. XTs are harder on the feet when using the treadmill and I can feel the stress on my knees. Pero pag stationary bike or elliptical, ok lang.

Meron ding Asics outlet sa Nuvali. Was about to buy one late last year pero I just bought a new pair of NBs.

I wonder, bakit walang outlet store ang New Balance dito sa pinas?

    --------

Regarding sa Outlet store ng Asics sa Marquee mall, marami ba ang selections doon?

    ---------

Aside from sa Market Market branch, may ibang branch ba ang Sports Warehouse?

Iirc, there's a New Balance outlet store in Festival Mall. Not sure if it's still there though, as I have not been there for a long time.

i hope i don't sound biased...Ok ba yhng stocks na made in China?

Bad experience ako with my last pair of Reeboks. Not sure if it was stored too long(6 months bago ko ginamit) but the outsole started peeling off a month into usage. Ilang tube ng mighty bond nagamit ko but it just would'nt stick.

OK naman yung naunang Reebok ko, the only diff i saw was that the first pair was made in Indonesia , ung nasira sa China.

    Decathlon and Uniqlo for me...

Thinking of transferring gym membership to Fitness First (SG)... They provide gym clothes... So shoes and underwear na lang kailangan bitbitin.

If used rubber shoes (any brand) and stock it for over 6mos talagang lulutong yan specially if you put it in a humid place.

Im balking at the price of shoes today. Looking for a replacement for my daily shoes. A couple of years ago, I can get a good buy for 2k. Ngayon, wala nang 2k price range...

^ As of my last check, kakaunti na lang nga yung under 2k. Reeboks meron nasa 2.4k, imho reasonable na rin.

Dunno about the quality, but i see a few nonpremium sneakers at Payless selling for 1650-1800.

i usually raid Reebok Megamall for daily drivers. i have not been there recently, pero naka 3 pairs ata ako na under 2k.

Last year napadaan ako ng Nike Outlet store -- yung nasa Sta. Rosa i think...Nike Downshifter 6 selling for 1950. i regret not buying then, ang solid ng build nya.

I apways frequent reebok mega. Nasa around 3k na din ang medyo decent.

Sayang nga yung 1950 na nike. Bihirang bihira mag sub 2k ang mga sale sa kanila.

Not good fit. Wala silang broken size kasi. Plus last saucony ko, wala pang 2 taon, hiwalay na yung soles.
