Starts on July 5th. Do you think Lance can do it for the 5th time? Only Eddie Merck and Miguel Indurin ever did it.

Lance is the man. Whether he wins or not, with what he's accomplished, I dont think even Indurain or Merckx could surpass. He is my ultimate idol!!! The best there ever will be.

This year is supposedly his comeback year. Very gifted and talented, but undiscipline athlete. We'll see.

Pantani isnt a threat anymore. Si Tyler Hamilton mukang malabo na. He broke his collarbone today. Si Ulrich talaga ang medyo matinding rival ni Lance. Kaso nung kalakasan nilang dalawa, yakang yaka talaga ni Lance si Ulrich. Sana pumwesto rin si Ekimov. He is being groomed to head USPS pag la na si Lance.

hear hear. i follow the tour de france

armstrong is gunning for an unprecedented 6th title this year. he already won this 5 times since 1999

stage 10 finished about 10 minutes ago

virenque won stage 10, armstrong is 5th and crossed the line together with the peloton. virenque will enter the top 10 possibly ahead of armstrong. wa pa ang final standings but voeckler continues to wear the yellow jersey (he came in 3rd in this stage) while virenque will move ahead of armstrong

stay tuned for more. gruppo bettini (green jersey) is in the 3rd group and has not yet crossed the finish line

at the 5km mark, they were 20'15" from virenque

i'm rooting for lance. partly because i like his story, and he seems like a good person, and partly because the tour is a big source of national pride for france, and it annoys them greatly when an american wins it :D

the tour de france is not about any country or nationality annoying each other. moreover, i doubt if the intention of lance armstrong is to annoy anybody. anyone who finishes the tour is a winner in my book. it is a grueling race that deserves the respect of all. if lance respects his competitors, then a true fan will do no less

yep... been following the tour via the nightly 30-min update show...

lance armstrong proved why he's already a 5-time winner of this tour... he attacked during the two recent mountain stages and finished 2nd and 1st in them... from 9th place, some 9.5 mins. behind the leader (voeckler) before these two stages, he is now at 2nd place only 22 sec. behind... he should get the over-all lead in the next mountain stage and probably hold it from then on to win his 6th title... that guy is such a great cyclist but still carries himself with humility...
