As for TV shows, Dora The Explorer is pretty good. Kasi paulit-ulit yung words, madaling makuha ng bata.

I think the first cheapest solution is to have him "tambay" sa maraming tao na kakausap sa kanya.

Minsan nga, may nilapitan syang cutie na chicks, nag-pa-cute ngiti sya tapos sinabihan nyang "I love you." (Own initiative yun ha, di ko sinuhol)

Sir yebo, naniniwala po ako na green dominant mga tao dito...

Have your child screened for signs of AUTISM. My nephew has similar signs like your child and he was diagnosed as autistic. So make sure you bring him to the doctor and have him examined to confirm or rule out.

same w/ my 2-yr old son. actually last week lng dinala namin sa ibang pedia anak ko and napansin nya na medyo delay nga development nya (yung pedia ksi ng anak ko eh sabi normal lng daw yun) . although mabilis sya maka pick up ng mga ginagawa namin, like yung alam nya yung door knob eh pang bukas ng pinto, marunong na sya kumain using spoon by himself, eh delay yung pag sasalita nya and he lacks concentration, lalo na pag tinuturuan mo.

my son will be undergoing some test this coming sat sa st. luke's, neuro something yata ill ask my wife about it. parang nde pa ksi mag sink-in sa kin.

pero nag research din ako, more on ADHD ang problem ng anak ko, ksi may mga signs na medyo ganun nga. and as much as possible, iniiwasan ko na din ang sobrang panunuod ng TV ng son ko ksi dun nakaka agaw ng attention nya. and sa ibang case naman eh nasobrahan ng DHA sa milk, yung ibang pedia pinapabago ang milk ng bata.

we tried to enroll our son sa day care, ang nangyari eh nde sya gano maka cope up w/ some kids ksi nde pa sya gano makipag communicate.

doc Otep (and to others), if ever ill need referals pm kita ha. medyo magastos ksi sa st. luke's and kelangan namin ng ibang option.

    tnx guys

If I'm not mistaken the eye-contact thing is if the child can't take in too much detail, he can't look at eyes - too much detail, so he always looks away.

kanya-kanyang pace of development kc mga bata...my 5yr old started speaking before she turned 1 & was already speaking in proper english sentences at 3-4, while our 4yr old son has been having difficulty articulating. no problem w/ comprehension. so we've enrolled him in speech development classes. try bringing him to st luke's for evaluation, sa neuro dev.its the building behind the main,sa college of med.5th floor.after that get one or 2 more opinions
