From the little blue pill Viagra to Cialis and Levitra, ***ual aids for men are already a multibillion dollar business. But the latest drugs tackle an altogether different problem: premature ejaculation, or PE.
According to reports, the biggest contender on the market is a new drug called Promescent, an over-the-counter spray that has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. The product contains lidocaine to reduce sensitivity and allow for a longer-lasting performance. Since it's absorbed quickly, the effect won't be transferred to ***ual partners, and its makers say that it doesn't diminish climax for the user.

CNBC reports on a rival product called Tempe, which relies on prilocain and is arriving soon on the European market.

While the drug is designed to help men who suffer from PE, meaning they ejaculate often in less than a minute, Promescent is also being used by people who don't actually need it. Jeff Abraham, CEO of a four-year-old pharmaceutical company called Absorption Pharmaceuticals that makes the drug, told CNBC that "there is a tremendous recreational component."

Haven't tried one pero what does desensitizing means? Does it numb your penis?
If it is numb how can you maintain your erection? Or matigas siya pero manhid?

It's a creme or lotion meant to make the skin less sensitive but not to the point of numbness. It is meant to extend pleasure for her by extending love making of a guy who normally comes too soon.

On the other side, there are mentholated lubricants that give that icy menthol feel to both partners. It can feel weird at first but it does make it a bit different and still quite enjoyable. Just be careful if you're using alternatives for that menthol feeling because if it's too strong, it can be painful to your sensitive parts and even cause skin irritation (example if you use mouthwash).

sometimes it's a mental thing.. kaya napapabilis.. halimbawa ***y at batang bata yung ka *** mo.. tapos matagal ka nang tigang.. tendency is sandali lang talaga yan tapos ka na agad.. kaya controlin yan.. kailangan lang nang matinding concentration..

For me, it's always a trick of the mind or a matter of "pacing" yourself if you want to make it last longer.

not all.

men who get circumcised when very young (at birth and up to before puberty) have a higher than normal chance of suffering from PE. that is why more informed pediatricians will refuse to circumcise a baby even if the parents ask for it. there is a danger that a nerve covering can get snipped too close and lead to over sensitivity of the area, thus leading to PE at maturity.

i know 2 people who have PE and they were both circumcised at birth. parehas din silang iniwanan ng mga asawa/girlfriends nila. so mga tatay dyan or soon to be tatay, make sure you do not get your sons circumcised before it's time. dapat burat na talaga bago nyo papukpok. mamya iwanan ng mga asawa nila anak nyo at kayo ang sisisihin.
