Who's Mike Conley? Pag ako ang isang nba team owner, i'm not willing to give him even half of the reported contract value

This will bite the NBA owners come next union meeting or lockout.

Mozgiov na bangko bigyan mo offer na ganun? Al Horford all star pero hindi max player din imho.

Only KD deserve a max contract amongst free agent now imho. Even D Howard should be had for a bargain for his past 3 season's performance.

Yeah, but Gasol is likely a 1-2 year rental at this point of his career. Although he's still very productive as he doesn't rely on athleticism for his game.

I think the Spurs need to shore up their back court with some young blood with Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili getting on in court mileage.

On another team, anyone care to give their take on the moves New York has done? They have an entirely new starting 5 in: Derek Rose, Joakim Noah, Carmelo Anthony, Courtney Lee, Kristaps Porzingis.

NYK is still a work in progress because they also have a new coach. Imho they will get to the playoffs but not deep. Brandon Jennings as back-up PG is a good move imho. Streaky shooter that does not need to warm-up. But noot good defensively. as a team also they have yet to prove they can stop top-tier offensive teams.

    Afterall, defense wins championship.

And on this note, SAS need to have a better defensive backcourt when they face OKC or GSW. They need to at least limit the shooting, and pound it inside to slow the tempo of the game. Who to add or develop, that I don't know. )

The way I see it, NYK are the Chicago Bulls Lite.

Thoroughly disappointing. And from a young player no less. This reminds me of Lebron's taking his talents to South Beach. The NBA has become a win now arena where franchise players are moving around teams like hockey pucks.

I wonder what moves the Cavs will make.

But Hassan deserves it, IMHO, and $20M/year for Wade at this point in his career is low in value, even with his mini renaissance last year. Whiteside has a +/- of +86 compared to Wade's -7 last season. Lebron won't leave Cleveland just yet, not with what their just-won-championship means to his home town. They should ship out Kevin Love and get someone better. Not sure if a 34 year old Wade will be of interest to LBJ. I would look elsewhere. Pity Kawhi Leonard isn't available. He would've fit the Cleveland bill nicely. But then they'd still need another big man...

And I thought KD was made of tougher materials.
