    From where start nung barriers?

Re start of barrier, di ko napansin pa. Pag daan ko ulit sipatin ko

I can work from home any day I like but I find myself more productive in the office. Best compromise is to work in a coffee shop. Gastos nga lang.

Not everyone has the luxury of working at home like me (medical field)

But I've tried working at home, its not for me. Hirap maging productive sa bahay. Daming distractions. Haha

I wonder if any govt official has the balls to implement something similar in Metro Manila:

If your vehicle does not meet the ULEZ standard you will need to pay the ULEZ charge from 8 April 2019.

    It will be:
•£12.50 per day for cars, motorcycles and vans (under 3.5 tonnes)
•£100.00 per day for heavier vehicles, including lorries (over 3.5 tonnes) and buses/coaches (over 5 tonnes)

You can avoid the charge by taking public transport, cycling, walking or for essential journeys, use a vehicle that meets the emission standards.

This is part of the commitment by the Mayor, Sadiq Khan, and TfL to help Londoners breathe cleaner air.

Will never pass; almost all PUVs will fail this and will pass charges on to the public. Political suicide from politicians backing this.

Yeah I guess it's just a pipe dream that someone in govt would be thinking about the future and not just their own.

Exactly. I think politicians and the public officials in general aren't incompetent... They are competent but hindi public service yung priority nila hehehe.

Government officials are, for a fact, incompetent.

If they aren't, they'd be in the private sector raking in big bucks honestly.

I'd be better with bad air than mass annihilation of illegal immigrants from syria and africa
