    Toshiba L35. Bought from Wal-Mart Ca. for about USD620.00 last December 2006. Here is the deal, they did not allow me to open the box if I will not buy it. I gave them my credit card and told them that I will get it when I like it. It is in front of me now

    # 14.1" Widescreen display
    Large enough to be ideal for gamers or as a desktop replacement model (no need to move it)
    # Intel Celeron M processor 410, 1.46GHz
    The processor is the brains of your computer; different models use different processor types depending on their focus
    # 1024MB RAM
    Computers store currently running applications and termporarily saved data in the memory. You'll want at least 256MB for the Windows XP operating system.
    # 100GB hard drive capacity
    An extremely large hard drive that can easily store large files like graphics, music or even movies
    # CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive
    CD burner lets you store photos onto a disc for easy sharing; DVD lets you open huge files like movies

    Additional Features:

    * ATI RADEON XPRESS 200M chipset
    * Atheros 802.11b/g wireless-LAN
    * Genuine Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
    * Windows Vista capable
    * Configured with 1024MB PC4200 DDR2 SDRAM (both memory slots may be occupied)
    * 100GB (5400 RPM) Serial-ATA (SATA) hard disk drive
    * ATI MOBILITY RADEON X200M 32MB-256MB dynamically allocated, shared graphics memory
    * RGB (monitor) output port
    * Microphone input port
    * Headphone output port
    * Two USB v2.0 ports
    * RJ-45 LAN port
    * RJ-11 modem port

    actually, just raising the rear end slightly to increase/create airflow for the heatsinks really helps dissipate the heat.

    Instead of buying a laptop cooler, one of our graphic artists uses a small Nikon stainless steel desktop fan to help cool his 17" PowerBook.
