Are you sure your phone isn't switching to the lower speed 2.4ghz from 5ghz? How about your wired laptop, what's the speed?

Try this, turn off auto connect to your 2.4ghz, make sure you are connected to the 5ghz, place your phone on top or beside your WiFi router then run the speed test.

I started with 56kbps maybe late 90's. ngayon according to PLDT 400mbps daw though sometimes I doubt that given that I have a hard time watching 4k seamlessly with youtube.
